The location is central. It is a massive bonus. Staff were really nice day and night. They made each day better. I also found the breakfast delicious every day.

The room heater was broken. The room was always over 26c even when the unit was turned off, uncomfortable. The windows could not be opened so there was no relief, a disappointing feature. The elevator broke . This required lots of stair climbing.
